The 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup draw is right around the corner.
Concacaf announced Wednesday that the 2023 Gold Cup draw is set to take place at 3 p.m. ET on April 14 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The Gold Cup is slated to run from June 16 – July 16 across several stadiums throughout the United States.
The League A group winners and runners-up and League B group winners from the 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League will automatically qualify for the Gold Cup group stage.
In addition, League A’s third-place finishers (four teams), League B’s second-place finishers (four teams), and League C’s group winners (four teams) will qualify for the tournament’s preliminary round.
El Salvador, Jamaica, and Panama have already qualified for the group stage and Saint Lucia and Puerto Rico have secured a berth into the preliminary round.
The U.S. men’s national team is defending Gold Cup winners after defeating Mexico 3-2 in the 2021 final.
