Aguero left City in the summer of 2021 on a free transfer after spending a glorious decade at the Etihad Stadium, becoming one of the most lethal strikers in Premier League history.

He ranks fifth on the Premier League's all-time goalscorer list with 184 goals in 275 appearances. His memorable 94th-minute strike will go down as one of the most cherished in top-flight history as it began City's dominant era of the Premier League in 2011-12, clinching their first league title.

Aguero and City went on to add another four to their collection in 2013-14, 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2020-21, but he was never able to add the Champions League trophy to his collection after losing against Chelsea in May 2021.

Since leaving his playing days behind, Aguero has become a regular streamer on Twitch with betting content and commentating on Argentinian TV. He also played a key role in Argentina's celebrations at the World Cup, pulling on the full kit as an honourary presence alongside his close friend Lionel Messi.
