Both Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen would be interested in joining Manchester United this summer, according to reports. The duo are both being linked with moves to Old Trafford amid uncertainty over their futures at Tottenham and Napoli respectively. And what ultimately ends up happening remains to be seen, with Erik ten Hag determined to land a new No 9.
Manchester United are unlikely to sign Wout Weghorst on a permanent basis this summer, while Anthony Martial is expected to be shown the door.
And journalist Pete O’Rourke, speaking to GiveMeSport, has claimed both Kane and Osimhen would be interested in moving to Old Trafford.
“It all depends on the clubs,” he said. “I’m sure both Players would be interested in a move to Man Utd if it became a viable option for both.
“We know Napoli will drive a hard bargain for Victor Osimhen.
It looks like they're going to win Serie A, and they're going to be in the Champions League next season.

Yet the Norwegian ended up abandoning a potential pursuit, instead believing Mason Greenwood would be the club’s long-term No 9 going forward.
Regarding Osimhen, United also came close to landing the Nigeria international earlier in his career.
The striker was playing for Lille in Ligue 1 when the Red Devils probed a potential deal back in 2020.
However, with Odion Ighalo at United at that time, Osimhen ended up turning down a move and staying in France.
He’d go on to join Napoli back in the summer transfer window of 2020 instead, touching down for a fee of around £44million.

And he’s proven to be money well spent, with Osimhen netting 53 goals from 91 appearances for the club this season.
Speaking recently, meanwhile, Andy Cole called on United to prioritise the Napoli star instead of Kane due to his young age.
“Harry Kane is 30 years old next season and Victor Osimhen is currently 24 years old and he's already done a lot at his age too,” he told King Casino Bonus.
“Italian football is difficult but there will be no doubts that he can adapt to the Premier League.
“If Manchester United want to pay £100m for a 24-year-old or a 30-year-old, you have to look at it in the long term. The only value Manchester United can get from Kane is if he can win them the Premier League.
“Meanwhile, Osimhen is near the same age as Erling Haaland and look what he's doing at the moment. If Haaland stays at Manchester City for another four years, he'll still be worth £100m or more, so it depends on what Manchester United are looking for.
“Unfortunately in football, everyone wants instant success, but that does not guarantee a bright future for the club.
“Look at Manchester City, they did not have instant success and look at them now. The Players Pep Guardiola brought in were always young and he could still sell them for a decent price if he needed to.
“That's what I think Manchester United should do because they have been caught too many times bringing in Players for ridiculous fees and on ridiculous wages who have run down their contracts, I don't think they can afford to be caught in that position again.”
