Everton are interested in signing Samuel Chukwueze from Villarreal in the January transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that the Toffees are among a number of clubs who are keen on securing the services of the Nigeria international winger.
Chukwueze is one of the best young wingers in Europe and has been on the books of Villarreal since 2017. The 23-year-old has established himself as one of the best players at the Yellow Submarine and is now one of the first names on the teamsheet.
The Nigeria international winger has made four starts and eight substitute appearances in La Liga for Villarreal so far this season, providing one assist in the process. Chukwueze has also scored two goals in five UEFA Europa Conference League for the Yellow Submarine so far this campaign. The youngster scored four goals and provided two assists in 13 La Liga starts and scored two goals in two UEFA Champions League starts last season.
