Tottenham Hotspur are among the clubs interested in signing Alex Scott from Bristol City in the January transfer window, according to talkSPORT. The report has claimed that Spurs are competing with Premier League rivals Bournemouth and Wolverhampton Wanderers for the signature of midfielder Scott in the middle of the season.
Championship club Bristol City, though, are not going to make it easy for any club to sign Scott. They reportedly want as much as £25 million for the 19-year-old England Under-20 international. It remains to be seen if Tottenham, Bournemouth or Wolves are willing to pay that sum for the teenager now.
City are 19th in the Championship table at the moment with 29 points from 26 matches, just three points above the relegation zone. Scott has given four assists in 25 Championship matches so far this season.
